Hotel San Agustin Beach Club, San Agustin (Gran Canaria)

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms had great views, and I'm already planning to come back next year for a longer stay. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job as my room was cleaned every day, and fresh towels were provided regularly. The dining experience was overall good, except for the coffee. The location was perfect, with direct access to the beach, making it super convenient. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure I had a great time.

Definitely coming back next year for 2 weeks! The hotel rooms were cleaned every day with towels changed, featured a beautiful view, and had a hand shower over the bath. The service made great efforts to ensure we enjoyed our stay, offering room service, car hire, dry cleaning, laundry, and tours/ticket assistance. The location was fantastic, right on the beach with a separate door leading directly to the beach and close to cafes and the shopping center. The dining experience had good variation, but coffee and raw fish were not up to par. Overall, a great stay with some room for improvement in dining and dining amenities.
